Call to Order – Pledge of Allegiance – President will call the meeting to order at 1:00

New Residents in attendance will be asked to introduce themselves.

ONGOING BUSINESS:

To be in compliance, we had to delay the voting of a Special Assessment to fund the flood mitigation project until this meeting after posting the announcement.

Vote on special assessment.  If you want to comment, you must sign up ahead of time.
