The Trails North Forty has been in the Ormond Beach Community since 1984. We continue to be one of the area’s most popular places to live due to our location — close to area shopping, transportation, the “World Center of Racing” and the “World’s Most Famous Beach”.

The Trails North Forty community is located in Ormond Beach, Florida. The neighborhood is a deed-restricted community of single and two-story town homes that surround a beautifully maintained natural lake. The Association maintains the common areas of the community, which include the common property, recreation facilities and community clubhouse.
